We have been proudly certified as an organic restaurant since 2012 and fulfil the highest standards as Demeter-restaurateurs. These standards mean: authentic and natural cuisine culminating in taste exploration without industrial means.
Where Are Our Ingredients Sourced?
All ingredients for our dishes are sourced preferably from selected regional and certified organic farms. Our calves come from surrounding Demeter-certified farms, where they grow up in a species-appropriate manner and close to nature. Our affiliations with the Demeter and Bioland organisations in addition to membership in the Slow Food Initiative Germany guarantee premium high-quality foods and responsibility in dealing with our resources. During your stay at the BIO-Adler, you will experience the Allgäu’s genuine taste – deliberately and sustainably prepared with passion. Let yourself be carried away in a culinary journey addressing all your senses while focussing on a respectful attitude towards humans, animals, and nature.
Our Rooms
Whether you want to be immersed in the picturesque Allgäu alone, as a couple, or with your family: the BIO-Adler is a place for relaxation and enjoyment, enriching your holiday. All our BIO hotel rooms have been furnished according to ecological standards and pay tribute to our home. Our lighting, for instance, reminds you of stable lamps, and many of our handmade furnishings were crafted out of untreated wood coming from traditional farmhouses of our region: 100% Allgäu and sustainable without compromise. The same applies to the very place of quiet and rest: In our beds, you will enjoy blissful sleep. Our new bedding system, made by PROLANA, ensures a healthy and relaxing night. Guaranteed.
